DiverMojo & Amphibian Adventures Present

MALDIVES

October 1-13, 2019

JOIN US FOR THIS ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME TRIP TO THE PRISTINE CHAIN OF 1200 ISLANDS IN THE INDIAN OCEAN

Our trip begins with five days in a traditional Maldivian hotel on a tiny island — diving the reefs, channels, walls, wrecks and Thilas of the Alif Alif Atoll. We then have a week on our very own private Manta Expedition aboard the Blue Shark, helping with research of the world’s largest manta rays at peak feeding time.

For those of you who are not able to make the whole trip, we are offering a few places as follows. Please click the "Maldives - Option" links below to see more.

$3250*

*A non-refundable deposit of $900 will save your place.

Space is limited, and is filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Miyaru Divers

We will be diving with Miyaru Divers, led by owner Michael Kaiser. Michael is a German paramedic and a PADI-certified Instructor with thousands of dives under his belt. He has been in the Maldives for more than 10 years, bringing his passion to the underwater world every day. He will take us by private motor boat to spectacular reefs and channels — abundant with sharks, eagle rays and mantas. We will visit Thilas — underwater islands — which usually have a strong current and the most diverse marine life. There are wrecks to visit, also. Unlimited shore diving and snorkeling on the house reef are available.

  • Dive ratio is 1:6

  • 10 dives are included

Blue Shark One

ecopro-02.jpg

We will be transferred by private charter on Sunday to Male, where we will board our home for the next week: Blue Shark One. This beautiful, spacious boat has just been renovated, so it will be even better than it looks in the pictures in the attached link.

We will follow the weather and manta rays as we support the research of the Manta Trust. We are honored to have an opportunity to be part of the work of this worldwide organization devoted to creating a sustainable future for manta and devil rays. We will learn a lot about these wonderful animals and help with identification of specific rays so they can be tracked and studied. This promises to be an exceptional experience.

  • Dive ratio is 1:5

  • 2 to 3 dives per day depending on navigation

  • At least 1 night dive

  • All meals are included
